Can’t believe it’s almost February already! What a crazy, busy year it has been already. Despite all the uncertainties that surround us, we are looking forward to a busy year. First up is Valentine’s Day, which is on a Saturday this year, so make your reservations before the rush!
Then we have our AYCE Mother’s and Father’s Day events, which are always a blast.
The annual Scott’s Tournament, a benefit for UC Davis Cancer Research, will again be at Valley Hi Country Club, following a successful event which raised $35,000. Save the date, it will be Monday June 8, 2026. Shotgun start at 12 noon, with lunch, dinner, prizes and contests all included. Last year was a blast! It’s a real win/win!
We have a new member of the Scott’s family; our Manager Shaundra had a baby boy over Christmas. Congratulations Shaundra!
Our Executive Chef Eric has settled in nicely and his food is creative, consistent and flying out of the kitchen beautifully! His staff are dialed in and turning out great food! We are already thinking about spring menu changes. We are excited about our success in bringing in Atlantic Halibut for the winter, a great replacement for the Pacific Halibut which is out of season until March! Always fresh, never frozen, and fished sustainably, MSC certified! Nice!
